If this doesn work, go to the BIOS and start in safe mode with command prompt to see if all the sys 32 drivers work.I went into BIOS and then realized I had no idea how to start in safe mode so I left so I could google it and somehow everything works now

You could try turning it off and on again. That or go into task manager and restart Windows Explorer.I turn off my computer whenever I'm not using it, turning off and on won't do anything.
