Off Topic / I can't use my computer's start menu

A couple days ago I ran into the issue where my start menu just refuses to work. Nothing new has been installed on my computer and I did a virus scan to find nothing. Anyone have a clue on how to fix it? A friend recommended I reinstall windows but my dad misplaced the key and we would have to buy another copy.

Yeah, New York and I think Philadelphia took direct hits. By rights they should mostly be in the condition that the Glowing Sea is in, as that also took a direct hit.

New York is huge, even with a direct hit I think there would still be a lot that isn't glowing sea level of radiation.
