Honestly, there some white people who are afraid of black people, that's considered a form of racism because black people are no more violent that white people or any other race.

I can actually kind of agree with this. Now where is the proof however that they are no more violent? I just want to know where this wealth of knowledge comes from.

Not all rules are followed by everyone, sometimes these instance arn't easily traceable. Im not saying most of the time people are breaking the rules.

Yes, i agree with you that that's one of the main problem. Some people do have parents, rich or poor, that do not teach them to have respect for other races. With that said, some of those kids that grown up in an environment that's less racially accepting can grown up to own business which could possible hinder the employment of other races for higher level jobs. Also, not every tribal parent is that obvious with their racism.

There are laws protecting against racial discrimination in the work place. You can't not hire or fire someone for being black.

Most white people arnt aware they are doing or saying something tribal. Maybe i should have said that from the begenning. You can not be tribal but still do and say some tribal things.

What do you want me to say most white people arnt tribal in some way? If that were true this topic wouldn't be here right now.

I would like to consider myself not tribal. I don't hate black people. I don't spit on them or say descrimatory words to them. I don't like when you try to make an unexistant problem. Media blows it put of proportion. In reality there are beatings of white men as well but they are not shown because that won't make tumblr happy.
