Oh wow, I haven't seen this stuff before. I highly doubt these will make it into antibirth, unless for some incredibly hard to reach / super secret alt floors. But even then, why would _Kilburn focus on that as opposed to fixing bugs / adding stuff to what we already have.
But, you can see that a fair amount of stuff there was added to antibirth, ex: Topheth design to go into the Mines, the Visage, Reap Creep, the Heretic. And of course some of the corpse stuff

Fix floor 1 final boss glitch pls. Actually, just fix everything that's broken like Isaac's Awakening and whatnot.

[spoiler]Also Basilica and Topleth when? I'd love to see the Mock-Mourner and whatever Topleth's boss (probably the representation of Isaac's evil or something) would be in-game.[/spoiler]

Kilburn is working on fixing everything. Keep in mind, that we were EXTREMELY rushed to finish the mod. So rushed, that the final boss was not finished until the day of release.

Also, I have no idea who the forget Basilica and Topleth are

Ye, that boss is pretty good. Pretty hard tho, I love him. And, literally nobody else is capable of modding isaac like this, except for _Kilburn.

A cool thing you can do, is, take a picture of a set with bricks on it, with absolutely no movement. Then, color all of the bricks / the set green, and put players / whatever else in it. With this, you have two layers, one of which you can chroma key, the other of which is what is chroma keyed in. That's how I did the effect in video above
