you shouldn't be able to buy a new account to avoid a temporary ban. period. most of those people that got banned in that whole "king of page x" thing were idiots anyways(boltster being a example of someone who's not)They have the right to purchase whatever service they want for whatever reason without fear of being judged or punished.

We can start with him getting banned for spamming and then buying a account like a day later because he can't stop stuffposting on this forum for three daysYou're condemning a man for spending his own currency on a hobby service that he desires to use? Or are you just condemning everyone who spammed and was banned for a certain time. In that case you should also yell at me because I just got banned for a week this morning.
on the other hand, we have no context who is typing that paper, and all of the text looked like it could've been made anywhereproof is proof, no matter how sketchy. In this case he's somewhat credible and he has a buffer to provide more evidence.
just because someone uses spiffy legal vocabulary doesn't mean it's a offical
comforting, When do they go away?they will always stay there. Its just because you were a child and you grew into your skin and now it decides to stretch. As you work out they begin to blend in with the skin though and become less evident.
This guy has "deserved a drama" for like 3 months.I don't see proof that this man 'deserves a drama' besides entirely provoked behavior and somewhat radical opinions. All the evidence presented stems back to someone being a richard to him in some way.

(after the nickpb drama) i think made i've realized my flaws on the forum and been trying to better myself since then.

I'd say the guy's getting the short end of the stick here. It shouldn't be acceptable to stuff on a guy and then make a drama topic because he didn't react very well.This pretty much sums up all this stuff.
