they make so much money deceiving people who are willing to be deceived. they then use that money to bribe local police officers and representatives / install their own representatives in local offices. i live in a neighborhood that is predominately orthodox jewish. every day i see jewish men and women running red lights, using their vehicles to strongarm pedestrians off the streets. do they ever get pulled over? no. instead, i see the local police target men and women (mostly young men) of color, indian/russian/muslim/asian descent. the streets where muslim halal butchers are is filthy, covered in potholes and neglect, and i receive letters every day from my local government telling me how they did 'street repair.' which streets do they repair, you might ask? well, the streets with jewish-owned boutiques, synagogues, etc.

all of this is completely anecdotal, but i'm sure the same general malpractices happen in almost every neighborhood, for the benefit of the race that has the most money in this neighborhood. i wonder if im just bitter and anti-semetic but then i take a trip to the muslim neighborhoods and see jewish businesses and people on the street constantly harassed and ignored by police, who favor the richer muslim businessmen and women who can put cash in their pocket.

funny how a country that fought hard to desegregate establishments still makes it legal to force women to enter through a 'women's only' entrance. its also funny how this same entrance is usually the least maintained, least accessible door to the property.

it's not just synagogues, but mosques too. how is it even protected by law to discriminate based on gender?

generating a city block with randomized trees, cars, buildings and other hand-built assets is not supported by gsf's terrain generator. it does not use wave function collapse to produce results, it takes layered noise and outputs a heightmap

i'm interested in making a map generator for blockland using wave function collapse to place chunks of bricks together. in the few years i haven't played i've lost all my code resources for how to place multiple bricks programmatically. i remember there was a way to spawn groups of bricks, but i ran into trouble with brick group trust ownership, global rotation of generated brick structures, and generally serializing the bricks in the game (sometimes the bricks would visually persist even after destruction)

if anyone has any resources for this and can share them, i would greatly appreciate it. i've tried looking at new duplicator's source code but it's a little too complex for my needs. the hopeful end result of this line of research would be a nice lightweight procedural map generator for blockland, time permitted

be nice to have limitless mounted bots without any of them hiding others in first person. also if they could have their data serialized for networking so we could get the same lag compensation that mounted images and their states provide

as long as blockland is commercially available, authentication keys will be required to play.

making all female/male characters in a show or game look idealized or beautified creates an unrealistic portrayal of humans in general. beauty is subjective and being 'beautiful' isn't a prerequisite for their importance to the plot. unless their supposed beauty or ugliness drives the plot in some way (ie. character is a love worker, or vat-grown superhuman, or circus freak) then there's no reason to visually portray them in another way
