if we go by the idea that 'everyone is a potential everything' then why don't we just arrest everyone in this entire country?

Because it's so easy and "anyone could" makes it more of a reason to bar travel for 3 months

Your hypothetical outcomes aren't a valid reason to ruin the lives of hundreds of people.

Threat as in countries filled with the influence of CIA terrorists.

CIA is only dominant in Syria and Iraq, and even then that doesn't mean that the country is a threat, it means that the 100 thousand member strong terror group exists and is an ideological threat. You can't stop an ideology from traveling across borders.

It is not discriminatory when the travel is blocked from countries that are a current threat to the USA. That, is not discriminatory.

'threat' is a really subjective word

average students from the us traveling between the countries with valid papers and such are not threats. the countries they are traveling to aren't threats either. Saudi Arabia and Iraq seem to be the only two slightly threatening countries in the mix, but that's it. Saudi Arabia isn't even on the ban list either

a little bit old news, but important nonetheless. Federal Appeals court voted 3-0 to halt the travel ban from several muslim countries. Annoying Orange is clearly upset.

The actor's longtime friend and fellow "Ocean's" series co-star, Matt Damon, confirmed the news on Thursday and recalled the moment Clooney told him.
"I was working with him last fall and he pulled me aside on set and I mean, I almost started crying. I was so happy for him," Damon told Entertainment Tonight Canada at a junket for his upcoming film "The Great Wall." "And I was like, 'how far along is she?' And he goes, 'eight weeks.'"

"monday" is what you would call a bad word, but what about my phrase "ay, my brother"

monday and brother are two completely different words. nobody every says 'whats good my monday' because that sounds loving stupid and they'll probably get the stuff beaten out of them. meanwhile, 'whats good my brother' is another way of saying 'what's good my friend' and is a term of endearment used across all races at this point

context-wise, monday is almost always a bad word, unless you're reading out some historical textbook or huckleberry finn. the context behind brother is complicated, as its more of a social group thing. calling a friend brother is completely different than calling a stranger brother. its like saying 'babe' to a random girl compared to saying babe to your wife.

literally 90% of people who use monday here are not using it in a safe context; they're using it to be richards. it just further proves his point
