there are a lot of shorthand proportional things to memorise to eventually minimise the necessity of references though, so that's something folks should try to work on as well whenever possible

probably, it's kind of an inherent and expected result of hosting a large server, but i wouldn't really remember
usually any sign of trouble making gets a stern warning, a kick, and then a ban, so it's never really been an issue
