That perk increases Heavy Weapon damage. Completely different in general.




In every other Fallout game there is a strength check requirement for heavy weapons. If a rocket launcher requires 7 strength to hold properly and you only have 3 strength you're going to miss with it a lot.
This is removed in Fallout 4. No more strength checks.

That's what I meant.

I understood what you were referring to, I'm just saying that Strength can still have an impact on heavy weapons.

I think I am only gonna pick up stuff I know I will use like guns, ammo, armor, and stimpacks until I have a home base.

That's what I thought too. There's just so much of it that you won't know what you do and don't need. I used to carry around like 6 pairs of road leathers for the first 4 hours of the game because I intended to sell them all.

At one point strength use to effect weapon handling.

Not anymore.

Well, it still can, indirectly. There's that one perk that requires like 5 strength that helps with heavy weapons handling

Just to clarify, this includes literally just about everything I got for Christmas. The reason this list is so long is because I have like 5 or 6 different families. I don't know why I got so much American Eagle stuff, I really don't think they're all that special.
