Oh man, that means she is trying to get out of it.

If she was, it was most likely because she didn't feel like she knew me well enough yet, which is fine. The reason I say this is because she wanted me to come to the field that following sunday instead, a place that's comfortable for both of us. She is a busy person as well. She still has texted me everyday for 3 weeks now.

She was definitely interested, but then I gave her this gift and I felt kinda needy. Idk even though she turned redder than hazard lights, I still felt like I was being kind of a creep.

From my experience when a girl says "you're boyfriend material" and you still aren't dating then she is most likely trying to see what you can do for her.

she didn't out right say it, but she was dropping some pretty strong hints.

Friend of hers: "Are you guys dating?"
"No"
Yada yada yada something something
"You friendzone everybody
"Well he's not everybody"
"You're hot"
"You have nice teeth"
Should I wait for her to text me next? I still think the whole thing seemed a little bit needy, but Idk.

I did. I just did it because I had never eaten a paintball before. Not for attention, not to impress her. I did it for me. Other than that, everything went pretty normal except her starfish friend that was there wouldn't let me finish a god damn sentence.

Because you aren't a real baller unless you munch down on some paintballs. Plus, I did it to freak her out because why not. She was complaining about some little kid eating them and so I just reached in my bag of paint and ate it right there. Kinda tasted like dark chocolate and pure Grade A richard.

I walked in and told her I found something on the field. Just kind of a somewhat humorous way to ease any awkwardness in presentation. It worked.

Well I mean I'm just not 100% sure because the whole day was a little bit awkward. I ate a paintball so my voice was hoarse and slightly higher pitch, I don't really know. Just weird.

Went out and saw her today. Didn't get to talk to her as much unfortunately and things got a bit awkward at the end of the day.

 Buuuuttt she made it very clear to myself and the people around us that I am not in the friendzone, and that she sees me as boyfriend material. She flat out said it. I walked up to her at the end of the day and plopped the present on the counter in front of her. I told her I found it on the field lol. She turned redder than a tomato. Not sure where things will go from here.

I'm still loving traumatized by the eels in AC4 Black Flag because they were big, scary, and unavoidable. Holy forget those diving things were a nightmare.
