Cool? It's still child endangerment whether or not they see a doctor. They'll be in serious pain with or without treatment, that changes nothing.
The crime falls in not getting them adequate care. I cannot be held responsible for not giving them everything they needed to be protected, it's about how I proceed if they are to contract it.

So first it's not manslaughter (Even though I sufficiently proved it would be) and now it's not child endangerment? How about I sufficiently prove it again yes?

From legalmatch.com:

All of the diseases that are prevented by the MMR vaccines run the risk of seriously debilitating a child, and possibly killing them too. Not vaccinating your child is recklessness or indifference.

(From http://www.shouselaw.com/domestic-violence273a.html )

These diseases can easily cause a child to have serious mental and physical pain, and if you're purposely not getting them vaccinated then you're willfully putting them in a situation where they could be injured or even killed.

So in other words, yes, it is child endangerment. Even legally.
That's not to say I wouldn't let them visit a doctor, the crime is allowing them to suffer rather than running the risk of them suffering

Yeah, you're not, because you've said you're going to be giving them vaccines. Not giving them a vaccine is giving them at least a chance of contracting one or more possibly debilitating diseases. That is child endangerment.
Not according to US law.

I can actually do this, and make it into a playable gamemode.

One student is randomly selected to be the bomber, and they are given 3 bombs to plant around randomly designated areas. The bombs would have a timer of ten minutes, and the students must find the bomb and deactivate it. Students can also hide in different places.

I would need a builder to make a school first.

I can make this into another topic, since this and the above posts are completely disregarding the OP. I'll do this when I get home.
Can you intergrate hiding, trap setting, and weapon making for the students, also give him a gun, I wouldn't really want to play an explosive easter egg hunt

I was thinking a murder mystery type game where a "student" needs to duck out of classes to plant bombs places trying not to alert anybody or trigger alarms. And if you do, the lockdown begins.
Students can get into storage rooms which can be locked but after several attempts broken down, students can gather supplies to try to stop him. Traps can also be set. The assailant wins by shooting everyone in the school. Counter-terrorism units can be released after 5 minutes if he has failed to kill everyone. Nobody knows who the assailants are either at the start.

This actually sounds like an interesting idea.
I was kidding but Counter-Columbine might be a good idea

One fanatic child is selected in a high school. Gets a gun, can fire anytime.

Students must work together to stop him.

I'm implying that soldiers are generally pretty normal people, lol
in a situation where everyone else became violently upset with the government, why do you think soldiers wouldn't?
I don't. So a military coup?

People will go crazy over this, but it's necessary. Sometimes leaders are too scared to make big laws because of how people will react.
