this is easy to fix
Exporting is by default based on selection, which is just what we need since we will not want to export Camera & Lamp anyway, so, select all the components of the brick, then:
File, Export, 'Wavefront (.obj)...', put in a path and a name then click Export Wavefront OBJ, Untick 'Rotate X90', Tick 'Normals' and 'HQ' and finally tick all 'Blender Objects as OBJ' options.


Go to the .OBJ file exported, ignore the .MTL file and make sure you have 'blbtoobj22.exe' accessbile on the same window and drag the .OBJ file to the .EXE file. You should now have a .BLB file that has the same name as the .OBJ file.
the rotateX90 part should be the problem, if your using a new version of blender just say and I will explain how to fix on new versions, I would suggest you take the advise of most every one here, it seems like they're trying to be richards, but they just want decent add-ons on servers, I'm truly am sorry if your not copyimg me (which I belive your not now) its just I have been trying to over come carbon-copys of my pack ever since I revealed it, feel free to add me on Steam for further help.

its like you really want to see this fail. your posts remind me of passive aggressive advice and commentary.

if it will fail, it will fail. you dont have to keep going on about why.
I am not trying to be passive agressive at all, I am sick of this guy acting like every one is attacking him when it is obviously constructive criticism,  plus attacking me for saying I am proud of my power armor, I was simpily telling him to make somthing that he and others will be proud of.

Certainly better than what I have for power armor (Nothing) But all else the helmets are either Too big (T-51) compared to the body, or Too small (T-60) compared to the body.
