I feel like this has exactly the right amount of detail and crampedness a vault needs to have, good job. Even more so if you actually do something with the build.
This is a RPG with a modification side also, its "doing something" lol

Will there be limb crippling in this?
Yes, and i was thinking of VATS, i am going to do VATS and see how it works in the BETA and if its to and tweek around with the action points to fine tune it, updating OP on how VATS Will work

Kinda, but you'll have to make the button functionality yourself. Basically you need the animated bitmap ctrl to display your animations, and a mouse event ctrl in front of it to change the animation and do stuff when it's clicked.
