I just forgot to respond to it.

I recently discovered a nice 3d posing  program (designdoll) and I think I'll make poses in that for tracing

i really discourage doing it that way since it shows you the muscles which is something you do not want to be spoonfed with.
it also allows tracing instead of pose sketching which is also a very bad way to learn.

you might as well trace other people's art then, you learn the same amount from both, which is almost nothing.
