If you don't smoke anything, don't start.
There is no benefit to nicotine.

i agree with what youre saying, but vapes dont always have nicotine, you can decide how much from none to like cigar level. you can start if you dont smoke just for a few reasons like stress or w/e

idk what people previously have said but its fairly new and people are still doing research on it.
but any smoke in your lungs is bad but its not as bad as cigarettes.

if you want to vape without reason then wait until youre almost done developing (roughly at 18). if yorue stopping with cigarettes then get a vape now.
