« on: November 08, 2017, 11:41:31 PM »His name is Stephen Willeford, he's a former NRA instructor who reportedly engaged Kelley with an AR-15 (the same model gun Kelley was using) as he was executing wounded people, got into a firefight with him, then hooked up with a truck driver and chased him to the county line. He may have actually killed Kelley, though that isn't really known.
