I used to smoke smarties in 6th and 7th grade, it got old after awhile. Basically you grind up the smarties in the pacage and wrap scotch tape around it, and suck in. DO NOT INHALE / BREATHE IN, suck it like your kissing it.
It works only if you do it right and it makes a bit of smoke, and it tastes like pure forgetin sugar.
I don't do it anymore cause now I think its kinda dumb and my school made smoking smarties a suspendable offence
