Banning, kicking or treating someone badly because they have a high ID is bad.
Assuming someone is inexperienced because they have a high ID is reasonable.

ID discrimination is nearly non-existent nowadays compared to back in like 07 when people would be banned for having IDs higher than 3k, 5k etc. The worst of it was probably when we hit the 10ks. People with 5-digit IDs were treated like absolute garbage for quite a while.
