Modification Help / Is there a forum for all the recently made maps?

I've found a couple, such as the HL1 Black Mesa map, or the City of Cambridge. I was wondering if there's a section in the forum somewhere or somewhere off-site that has a list of all the recently made maps?

Help / Help with DayCycle Events?

I have a mod in which you can event stuff with daycycles. It has stuff like CondCheck or something like that for Dawn, Dusk, Midnight, Midday, etc. And then it has OnDayCycleMidday, etc. or something like that.

How can I make streetlights that work with this? During the day they are off and at night they are on.

I tried something once but when I reloaded the lights/used the New Duplicator on them, they stop working.

Suggestions & Requests / Need Traffic Lights On My Server

I need someone who's good with relays to make some traffic lights. It goes from Red>Green>Yellow>Red>so forth. Green is 15 seconds, yellow is 5 seconds, and red is 20 seconds.
It would be made (like a proper traffic light) so that one direction is green while the other is red. Then they swap like a normal intersection.

I have a traffic light intersection base thing I have that I can dupe with the Duplicator. So I can dupe them around the map.

Obviously, I'd also need a little building or something with a button you click once to set the lights.

Help would be greatly appreciated. My server is Jack Foxtrot's Clusterfox or something like that. I'm not good with relays (hence why I'm asking) and I know some of you out there are.

By the way, I have a traffic light brick pack, and the individual lights in the traffic lights are actually separate bricks.

They should have their corresponding color lights, and then the lights should have glow effects. Like I said, I've already made a traffic intersection base with pre-named traffic lights.

Just thought it'd be cool. Especially for curved roads and curved intersections. I'm making sidewalks myself using 8x8x1 bricks but I can't build sidewalks for the curved roads and curved 3-way/4-way intersections.

Where's that ModTer that had misc stuff? There was like a streetlight and a separate modter streetlight bulb for it, and there was also a railroad track I think.

Help / Where's that Build Menu Mod with Scrollable Tabs?

Where's the mod with the build menu that puts arrows so you can click through the tabs? There are tabs that go outside the build menu. I know the Tab button can help but I prefer this.

The download link on the original thread no longer works. It has the intersections, curves, stops, etc.

Help / Teneksi and Barnabas's vehicles don't give off light?

They worked before on my server, but now they don't work at all. I tried the Bengs 190D, Foehn, Crown Vic, Capital, Hero '88, Vanhammer, Emperor, Shark... nothing. I can turn on/off the light glow still, but they don't actually give off light.

I figured out how to make my door so it checks for my BLID and if it doesn't match it doesn't let you in. Is there a way to make it so there's more than just me?

I wanna make me and a friend also have access to my house.

Help / ToggleEventEnabled, more than two options?

Is it possible to use the ToggleEventEnabled event to make more than two different options? For example, let's say I build a car. I click a button, and it turns off the headlights. Click it again. Turns them on. That, I can understand. Let's say I want it so when I click it a third time, it enable the car's high-beams. Possible?

Help / Any way to check to see what addon is causing my crashes?

When I load up my server, mid load it stops working. I can never pinpoint what's conflicting, even if I went through everything.

Is there a better way to figure out what mod it is that's causing my game to crash, like a log or something?

Help / JVS Doors are Broken... I'll explain in the desc.

In Blockland, the JVS doors work... well... sorta. It's hard to explain, but I'll try to explain it.

The door works as expected, but sounds are messed up. When the door closes, it plays the door open sound. When I go into the events, the OnDoorClose, the sound is selected as DoorClose.wav (or whatever it is). So why doesn't it play it?

When I do OnDoorClose events, they don't trigger. Any idea what the problem is or what the conflict is?

Any mods that are stated above? I know there's the one where you can make something change them, but what I want is a thing where things will activate if the environment's in a certain way.

Like, if there's a day cycle, when it's night my lights will turn on.

Can someone get some dynamic engine sounds working for the game? This is possible, as shown in a project called Suburbia. Supposedly, each vehicle would have it's own sounds.

If we fully get something like this in BL, this would be amazing! That video above that showcased a little demo, that was client-sided. If someone fully publicizes a working engine sound mod like this one, it would be great, whether it's client-sided or server-sided.

This guy made a client-sided thing. Found the video on a thread archive. Anyone know anything about this, such as where I can get it, or if there's any news on it?
