Remove System_ReturnToBlockland because it's known to crash people when hosting non-dedicated. I don't know why you have 3 preference add-ons installed.

Well, from viewing Kong's server, it's not because of datablocks (it doesn't add any as far as I know). Here's what it does (also applies to oRBS):
+ Fails to return a parent (which causes the crash when hosting non-dedicated)
+ Creates a crapload of file objects but never closes them (which causes things like /clearvehicles, /clearbots, and minigame resets to lag a lot)

The solution is removing it and finding a better preference system (do not get RTB/oRBS)
