Help / People in my server have immense latency spikes

I was hosting a Super Creeper server when people in my server started reporting ping off the charts, 2000 ping!
As the host, I was not getting any lag and my ping was a steady 20-30 ms.
How do I make people not experience heavy latency?

Jailbreak Simulator is growing faster than ever.
I was recommended Modernwarbattles, since its the weapons that Jailbreak uses.
However, I can't seem to get it to have infinite ammo.
Please remember that I need infinite ammo and it must reload.

It would be a pretty good addition. The other smoke grenades are either like flares or are harmful (chem grenade)
When I looked up smoke grenade, the smoke grenade's download was broken due to it being on RTB.

maybe if we make him an addon, he can repay the bl community
he needs to repay us by:
censoring tribal remarks (even with censor chat off)
mute/kick/ban people with too many warnings
warnings earned when you spam and use caps (long words removed though, fun to say supercalifragilisticexpialido cious)
and best of all:
responds to @AssBot
he shouldn't count as a player

'Case you didn't know, Tank Busters is about killing tanks! (sorry pompmaker2)
Attacks are rolled.
Number rolls:
1- ROCKET RIP
You fire a rocket that explodes in your face, killing you instantly.
2- MEH
The rocket lands 5 feet away from you. The blast slightly hurts you.
3- so close
The rocket is fired at the target but misses, dealing no damage to anyone.
4- DIRECT HIT
The rocket you fire hits the target and does what it does, dealing moderate damage.
5- KAPOW!
The rocket splits and deals more damage than before!
6- TANK KILLER
Your rocket fires, but the recoil of the shot hurts you but deals great damage.
Support your friend enough to get...
7- COMPLETELY OBLITERATED
Your friend helps you load a nuke into the gun. The attack kills you and hits your friend.
You each get 3 HP points, lose em all and you're dead! Roll a revive:
1-3=dead
4-6=alive
