Modification Help / looking for programmer for weaponset

I'm looking for someone to work with. I've been designing a weapon set based on the rainbow (ROYGBIV, ultraviolet, and a rainbow gun that's super powerful). I can model, but I can't code.
R-Rocket Red. Fires rockets in threes. They're slightly affected by gravity. Lower rate of fire than the default rocket launcher, and lower damage.
O-Offensive Orange. Just shoots orange bullets. They bounce once. Using the default gun stats other than that and using it as a baseline would be a good idea, since that'd probably balance it with the default weapons. For goodness sake, I don't want to murder my mouse, this should continue firing if you hold the button.
Y-I'm drawing a blank here.
G-I'm toying with "Gravitational Green" or "Grabby Green." Neither seems really... useful.
B-Bouncy Blue. Fires fast blue dodgeballs in bursts of 3-7 (whatever's best for balance I guess). They do one point of damage and bounce a lot. IMO should sound really satisfying to fire. Is it possible to make them bounce off players?
I-Incendiary Indigo. Sets things on fire with indigo fire, including the ground where it hits. Good for blocking exits, I guess.
V-Vaccuous Violet. Causes an implosion where it hits. The longer you charge it, the better the blast is, usually causing impact kills at max charge but useful to throw people around as well. Also usable for travel. Charged, and any damage interrupts the charging. Should be balanced by changing the charge time since it should be lethal and impact damage is all or nothing.
UV-Ultraviolent: Very punny. When used, makes the player turn translucent purple (can you force a node to be translucent purple?), agile, and deal melee damage like zombies. There should be a distinctive sound loop and particles for the player while they're under the effect. Used up when activated. Basically just a powerup. Doesn't need a model aside from for being picked up since it shouldn't be held.
So far I've got designs but not models for Indigo and Blue.
Anyone interested? I can do the models but not the code and the animations might take some figuring out. Luckily they don't need much. Ideas for Green and Yellow would be appreciated as well.
