I know I banned him for advertising SOMETHING, I'm not sure whether it was research or not. He did say "go to my profile on the forums and PM me to join this" so he's advertising at least. Imma PM him and ask him to say exactly what it was he was advertising, I may have been an idiot to assume that the person wasn't lying, I can't remember if it was Luffeedo or not who said it was research. He WAS telling people to PM him for a chance to win a 1-year subscription to SOMETHING OR OTHER.
That's nonsensical BS? That's not nonsensical BS it's a joke about how much undertale was in the thread compared to how much you'd expect. Also, who the heck are YOU? Also I'm 15.

It was "Wet Soggy Trymos." May have been someone else pretending to be them.

This happened some time ago. Someone named Wet Soggy Trymos joined my server, said "I'm holding a drawing for a subscription to blah blah blah, PM me if you're interested, here's my profile." I kicked him for advertising and someone then said "That thing is a research service"
It started with B and I can't remember the name of the thing. I didn't get screenshots or logs, believe me if you want or don't if you don't. Don't ask for proof, I don't have any. Just saying this happened.

Moar explanations: a 1D screen would be a line of dots. It can give an illusion of what you'd see if you existed in 2D space in the same way a 2D screen (You're using one right now!) can give an illusion of 3D space.
Four-dimensional space allows you to see everything in 3D space (if there's nothing in a fourth dimension) because of the same reason that you can see everything on both sides of a 2D object looking at 2D space from 3D, and the same reasons you can get into a 3D house walking through the walls in 4D.

Something like that. It doesn't seem truly possible to render in actual 4D without everything looking like an absolute indecipherable clusterforget.

You'd need a 3D screen for that, I think. a 1D screen can give an illusion of 2D, a 2D screen an illusion of 3D, so you need a 3D screen to have an illusion of 4D.
And you wouldn't be able to see all of it, since we're not in 4D space.
Fun fact: In 3D space, you can see everything in a 2D plane, and in 4D space, you can see everything in 3D space. Fun, right?
