Suggestions & Requests / Way to increase vehicle limit?

I need to increase the vehicle limit to atleast 40/50, so there can be civillian vehicles and work vehicles co-existing. Is that possible? I know It might be a limitation, but I'm just wondering if it can go over 20 Physics vehicles.

Help / Player keeps standing up in vehicle when a tool is put away + hands dissapearing

(and vehicle limit reached with only 3 vehicles) For the first problem, it's the title. Second, when I use a hands on steering vehicle, then hop out of the vehicle, my hands dissapear, and this has never happened before. How do I fix this?

IS there a mod, where if a player gets damaged a certain amount of times, they can't walk, or have to crawl?
Also, I saw a mod where crashing vehicles damages the player. Where is that?

I'm an admin on a Fort Wars server, and i accidentally killed him when someone else was blocking his name tag. I apologized. Seconds later he screamed in caps monday, and I gave him a strike. He then got mad and was going to post this on the forums.
Excuse how bad it is and the lack of evidence, it's my first time here.
