General Discussion / Non-Steam Blockland Account Not Working?
« on: June 13, 2020, 11:46:52 PM »
How's it going guys. It's been forever since I have: 1. Played Blockland, and 2. Posted on these forums. I heard about a huge hacking situation that happened last month. As far as I understand, non-steam Blockland copies had to be 'locked out'?

I currently own a non-steam copy of Blockland (blockland.us) and it seems to not work, and by not work I mean I can't connect to any server. When I try to connect, I'm locked out with a message saying "Non-hex Steam Key." Has the situation been figured out or has the game gone 'full steam'?

Also should note that I am not on the list of 108 users who's keys were hacked.

So recently I thought I'd try expanding what kind of videos I make. To test it out, I thought I'd try making a narration video.

Games / The end of a gaming era: DSi shop closing down.
« on: March 29, 2017, 12:47:20 AM »
A lot of you probably never cared much about this kind of stuff, but the nintendo dsi shop is closing down after 8 years of its service...

man... I must say I'm having nostalgia sadness going on right now.. The official date is supposed to be march 31st, but I'm unable to reach the service already, so it's probably dead now.

Games / How Much Are You Willing to Spend on a Game?
« on: March 21, 2017, 11:53:44 PM »
Hey, guys. So my friends and I were in a conversation, overall, we are pretty cheap when it comes to gaming.

For me personally, I am not willing to pay anymore than $15-$20 for a game. I tend to go cheap on my gaming collection. This is partly why I love Steam, Gameboy Advance, and all kinds of retro games alike. On Steam there are all kinds of sales that sometimes are brought down to 90% off, at flea markets and/or swap-meets, I find high-praised gameboy advanced games from free to at the most, $5.

So how much are you willing to spend on a game and/or console?

I understand some here would think this is an obvious answer. But I'm curious to see what people think is the best way to game.

Off Topic / Windows 7 Drivers Not Found..
« on: December 22, 2016, 03:20:45 PM »
Hello, peeps. Not too long ago I built a gaming PC, but since then I have been trying to figure out how to install Windows 7. I first tried with a CD disk, then a USB flash drive. Both failed horribly. Everytime I try I get this message:

I tried looking up some tutorials on youtube, none of them seemed to do the job for me.

Not sure what the heck is going on. Any suggestions of what I can try?

Creativity / New Album Project

Hey, y'all. So I thought I'd make a whole new Soundcloud account. My old one had low quality mono sounds in the music, and had crappy images for the music. So I thought I'd start over.

For this one, I wanted to mix piano with some chiptune as an experiment. Please tell me how it sounds to you :D.

Games / I might be a bit late, but Flipnote Hatena back online!
« on: December 06, 2016, 02:14:25 AM »
Luckly I kept my DSi from 7 years ago. When Nintendo closed down Hatena, it was very sad for not only me, but a lot of fans around the world. Eventually we kind of just forgot about it, but now it seems to be back!

However, it's not as easy as just clicking the Hatena button and going online. You need to setup proxy.

This link explains everything if you wish to come back to Hatena. I will say that it's not bad, I don't really plan on being active on there anymore. But it's still super cool to drown in nostalgia!

Games / Hope You Still Have a PS2, Because SWBF II is Back Online!
« on: November 30, 2016, 10:31:09 PM »
ayyy folks. So some people from the Star Wars Battlefront Community created a few playable servers for the online service. All you need is an ethernet cable, and this video tutorial. Then BOOM, you can play online again!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZyYeX5SuZs

As for the gameplay itself, there are only two public servers, and two private ones. I was able to join one match with 7 other people online, and it was actually not bad. However, it depends on what time of day you play, usually around the afternoon or so, the servers are completely empty. But at night I've seen more people playing. So yeah, hope to see some of you guys there!(If you even care lel).
