Hello, Welcome to the first ever Blocklays World Tour 2016!
The Blocklays World Tour is an exciting
2v2 tennis match tournament consisting of 8 teams and featuring countries from across the globe. You will choose your
own countries, jersey decals, and teammates. This is the first ever Blocklays World Tour to take place and will be held at the Ray Stadium. The server will be hosted by
Basil and will be dedicated, so feel free to join anytime you desire.
ALL MATCH PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO DOWNLOAD SOUNDS, MUSIC, AND TEXTURES. SPECTATORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO SO AS WELL IN ORDER TO HAVE THE FULL EXPERIENCE
All match
rules and regulations must be
read and
followed by every player. Deliberate countering of the rules will result in breaking the flow of the match and will result in (depending on the rule broken and situation) a
ban or disqualification. If you are having trouble understanding the rules and regulations, please feel free to contact Basil or any of the admins available. We are happy to answer your questions to avoid confusion.
To sign up, you must decide on a teammate and confirm that you two will play together in the tournament. It is
extremely recommended that you have a third team member (substitute) in case of absence.
Both teammates
must do to the sign up sheet. All players must add
Basil (the host) on steam before competing in the tournament. Please make sure you will be able to show up for most of the games before signing up. Before you and your teammate sign up, make sure you both have read the match
rules and regulations
Even if you dont want to participate as a player, or just dont have the time, you can still be big part of the tournament! If you have a clan, add-on, or server you would like to show off on our advertisement boards, go ahead and sign up! You are
required to have or make a custom decal to display on our advertisements. If you are wanting and willing to do so, please go ahead and sign up!
The Blocklays World Tour of 2016 is an 8-team international
2 vs 2 tennis tournament. Each game will take place in the brand new ray stadium. It is not required, but
extremely recommended that teams also have a substitute player. Until we have to correct number or players signed up, there is no official starting date. The server will be hosted on a VPS, making is 24/7. To enjoy the server to its best availibility, it is recommended for spectators to download sounds, music, and textures. However, downloading music, sounds, and textures is
mandatory for all participating players. The server is being hosted by Basil (37719). All match players are to add Basil (the host) on steam (listed above) All match players are
required to read the match rules and regulations before entering the tournament. The server laws have to be
read and
accepted by
players and spectators to enter the server.
SERVER LAWS
These are the server laws, must be read and followed by ever player and spectator
-Do not spam, spamming will result in a mute. Spamming on a second occasion will get you muted permanately.
-Do not exploit, phasing through walls, crashing the server, build spamming, and anything considered exploiting will result in being blacklisted
-Do not save, steal, or use the map anywhere else but the server. This will get you blacklisted.
-Do not insult other players for no reason, this will get you muted and later on banned if continued.
-Do not argue with other players, you will both end up getting muted and later on banned if continued.
-Do not purposely fail tournament games, doing so will result in being disqualified and blacklisted.
-Do not spam tennis balls, doing so even after being told by an admin to stop will result in a kick and eventually a ban if continued
-Do not bypass bans or chat mutes, doing so results in a blacklist or ban.
-Do not purposely disrupt the tennis match, doing so will result in a blacklist.
-We, the admin team reserve the right to ban, mute, or kick anyone who we feel is disrupting the flow of the game, server, or the players/spectators fun.
