Help / Server Crash Quick

Hello, whenever I start a server it seems to crash after about 3 miniuts for a random reason of wich I can't find out, It realy buggs me seeing as I want to make a server online so people can join, But I can't.
If you can help please respond. Thank you.
Extra Info: They Have allways crashed when I build.(but hey whats the point of havingg a server if you cant build?)  They freeze my WHOLE computer.
