...By also saying stuff like calling a character a "fat ugly queer black cripple"? Is this supposed to be a joke? Am I supposed to be laughing?
Well, it made me laugh. The character looks comedically bad, like a 4chan meme but if it had a huge budget. I'm not sure why you're mad he's making fun of someone that doesn't exist. Do you identify with this character? Is that it?

Oh yeah, you're saying stuff like troon, what else could I have expected from you?
Yes, because I think it's funny. Humor is subjective and doesn't revolve around your personal moral compass. If you think I'm an starfish I don't care.

making fun of ugly game characters, who gives a stuff - I'm making fun of his meltdown.
The article appears to be making fun of ugly women in games, I don't see a meltdown anywhere. You seem to be reading really deep into this.

He's still mad that they made an ugly alien in a 6 year old bomb.
Making fun of and something and anger are not the same thing, and I don't think it's weird to prefer video game characters to be appealing to look at.

Who cares if it was 6 years ago, is there an expiration date where you're not allowed to make fun of things anymore? The gameplay sucked and it looked like stuff aesthetically, time passing hasn't changed that.

When you're 42
And your profile says you're 26 yet here you are; arguing about nonsense on a lego forum you post on all day. At 26 you're well past legal adult, your brain stops developing generally around 25. The apple has not fallen far from the tree.

Also,

>Cries muh loveism (The loveism argument was already answered in the FAQ of the article)
When you're 42, you should probably be working towards the pater familias
>Proceeds to reinforce gender stereotypes

You have zero self awareness. I think we're done here.

ah damn I missed that sentence in the article. there goes the lynchpin to my argument lol.
Well your argument was stupid to begin with. He made an article making fun of ugly troonified characters in the modern gaming sphere? That's not a dissenting opinion to hold, in fact this stuffs been well documented for the past several years. This is basically your definition of beauty vs his, don't see your point.

how could you possibly give a stuff about this?
You're the one arguing about the article in the first place. Try looking in a mirror sometime.

pride blows and NA gays arent in danger of anything
Holy stuff based

i mean i guess i could post the pictures of national socialists rallying outside pride events and drag races and disneyland and i could tell you about the multiple trans/queer friends i know that have been ostracized/outright disowned from their Southern families, but i guess secondary sources are just words to some people.

oh man remember his quasi-official fansite called roblox hq? the loving forum on there was like bizarro universe BLF in how equally un-moderated it was lol. whole place went up in flames after a mere 3 years because he finally gave up trying to put out all the fires his underaged stuffhead userbase kept setting. good times.
I also remember clockwork being banned for years for an unspecified reason, but he made a return some time a few years ago.

Also, did you know Fleskhjerta played Blockland? I met him on some game I can't remember and we became friends, but I remember I stopped seeing him online shortly after

It's just funny that they viewed Blockland as a direct competitor back in 2008 or so considering how only a year later their growth and playerbase eclipsed Blockland 100 fold and so on

I assume they didn't expect Blockland's developer to fumble the ball so hard

community is also human nature - expecting others to "pander"? Hmm, I assume you think tossing the n word around is cool too
Yes, expecting strangers to suppress your trauma by censoring the language they use in your presence is the definition of pandering. Your trauma is yours to deal with, not everyone else's.

I don't care about slurs or what words people use. Instead of trying to build up words as unspeakable horrors I think it'd be more beneficial for society if we stopped pretending words carry so much weight. Censoring words and punishing their use does not solve the problem, it just makes people dislike you more. Stop being a baby.

something something free speech means you can say things but that doesnt mean you're free from the consequences of your words
In this context the consequence is Internet stranger thinks you're a mean person and doesn't like you anymore... which doesn't really mean anything. It's not like hateful people want to be friends with the people they hate lol.

one on one sure, in a group with people you don't know? sorry but it's not their job to decipher whether you're actually trash or just trolling (which are kinda synonymous most of the time) and acting like that just shows that you put your personal feelings about the word ahead of others who you might make uncomfortable/might have trauma surrounding the word which is a self centered character trait
We all act in self-interest to some degree, it's human nature. What Unova did may be self centered, but so is expecting strangers to pander to you via respecting your trauma surrounding a word. Have you considered growing a pair?

Saw on a sidebar ad, played the demo for a couple years before finally getting retail as my dad was a bit sketched about giving a website his credit card information lol. I was big into ROBLOX so naturally Blockland was appealing too

At the end of the arms are hands, at the end of the hands are fingers.
But what's at the end of the fingers? What even are hands and fingers? You weren't specific enough and I'm confused

Anti drug people never have any substance to their conversation. They just parrot the things other people tell them at face value.
Notice the blanket statement that drugs are bad, notice discussion and education about drugs is apparently bragging.

Or they're like Mr Bones doing cough syrup and then telling everyone else they're the degen.
Did I post about this here? Yes, I did cough syrup 2-3 times 8 years ago and then never touched it again because it's bad.

Most people just vape (waste of money/addictive) or smoke weed (expensive and smells terrible to non-smokers) but isn't immediately harming your body. I'm just referring to drugs beyond these things.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'constructive criticism', are you asking for an explanation as to why drug use is bad for you?

Worst guy I deal with at work is our shipping associate, Josh. Dude has a temper, and is a felon in public record lol. There have been multiple instances of him being reported to HR for causing an altercation with coworkers. One time he got into a physical fight with an Amazon driver, not sure how he hasn't been fired.

One day over winter he submitted a work ticket for a leaking pipe above his work station (I work in Facilities Management, well technically EH&S, but also help with FM when I can). One of our rooftop units pipes run over his workstation and viewing our building automation control the humidity was high, so the leak was just condensate from the pipes sweating. I turned down the humidity and told Josh it was just the pipes sweating and it'll stop in an hour or so as the humidity drops, and he tried to talk back to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. "I don't know bro, that's an awful lot of water" in an antagonizing tone. It irked the forget out of me lol. I just told him to trust me and walked away.

He can't go a week without causing some sort of stir, uber loving annoying.

imagine posting a thread bragging about doing drugs on a lego game forum. are you looking for validation or something because your peers look down on you?
This. Normalize making fun of handicaps who do drugs tbh

Man of Reason is not Dotdotcircle. He was someone I met on Garry's Mod and had no relation to the Blockland Forums until I told him about Blockland.
I know he isn't, I just lumped the two together. I was there with you, remember?

Thanks man. I am still working on the medieval world on bricadia
I'll have to check it out. Looking at old PM's I sent you something for Medieval RP years ago but I can't remember what exactly

why is this whole thread just four people ragging on tony for stuff he said 5+ years ago it makes it look like you're the ones that made the twitlonger
all the screenshots are from 2016 or earlier
"i apologize" is functionally the same as "i'm sorry"

the BLF is like the stuffty extended family that starts a screaming match at thanksgiving
at least tony has the guts to directly say he's not tribal or sensible
Crook/Rally isn't wrong but dunking on Tony is kinda pointless after all this time
