This is the reason why I left working at Walmart is that people like this work in the electronics department who are utterly helpless but to ask others who actually know what they are talking about.

In other words, smarten up Tony, holding the power button solves all problems just like your computer

Hey bro I've explored every possible option and did research before doing this stuff. I just never dealt with a non removable batteries before.

Phones aren't like computers, sometimes even holding down the power button won't respond. You should know that.


Also I take pride in knowing that the electronic section in my walmart is falling apart without me there, lol. I've been told they can't keep anyone, all the new people keep quitting.

no removable battery means you are basically forgeted if your phone comes in contact with water

I never dropped my phone in water before.

I'm more worried if the damn thing freezes and I am unable to restart it. My PS3 controller has a tiny pin sized hole for hard resets, why don't these built in battery phones work the same?

I'm on the fence about getting a specific phone only because the battery cannot be removed and there is no reset button. What happens when the battery dies? What happens when the phone freezes and I can't take the battery out to reset it?
