North Korea has people actually oppressed.

Italy, Germany, Britain, France, Australia even to a slightly lesser degree Russia. All of them are doing a stuff load better than above.

Look at countries where white is the 90% majority and then look at countries where white is in the minority group by like 1%.
Every country that doesn't have high presence of white people excluding Japan is doing loving terrible. They are doing so bad they need american assistance to bail them out.

I don't know why a cop would shoot a man on the ground with arms up and not a kid who isn't complying telling people to shut up.
I believe he missed because if he was purposely aiming for that black guy he would be dead.
