If a man accused or fasely accused any woman of raping them the case would be thrown out, most times they don't even make it to court. Even if they do they always still favor the woman.

One rape case where a man claimed he was raped by the woman they spun it around and tried to play it like the woman was the victim because she hasn't had love in years and she felt victimized that no one would touch her. The case was dismissed.

When rape is falsely accused they believe the woman over the man. The man goes to jail for a crime he didn't commit even if there is ZERO EVIDENCE INVOLVED.

Then when they find out the woman lied, guess what? She doesn't go to jail. She doesn't even have to spend time the same amount as the man did.

I can imagine it feeling good if you see the entire world show their condolences when you're suffering a great tragedy.

I suppose if you're from france and all your friends are american, maybe.

In that case, it sounds like rape law should change. I've always heard it as loveual activity without a partner's consent, so it might've already happened. I'm not entirely sure.

The rape law and many other laws have always favored women.

Almost no laws favor men. Men get forgeted all the time through the legal system.

Women not only generally get less sentence punishments but they also can say they were PMSing and get away with murder.

The legal classification of rape is a snake entering a vagina.

A vagina forcing itself on a snake is not rape.

A snake entering an starfish is not rape, it's sodomy.

A woman can't consent for being drunk and gets forgeted by a man, it's rape.

A man can't consent for being drunk and gets forgeted by a woman, it's not rape.

Men get raped too.

Except in most cases, in most states, in most countries if a woman rapes a man it is not considered rape. If a man rapes a man it is not considered rape. So both cases will have less sentencing.

But if a man rapes a woman then it's rape.
