Because IDs 0-99 are only reserved for staff members so they don't count. They are unobtainable through normal means.

If you have ID 100 you are literally the first loving person (not counting staff) to own Blockland, so yeah you're literally the first and lowest.

the point is that just because somebody has a 3 digit ID doesn't mean they literally have one of the 5 lowest IDs in the game

Not counting kompressor and badspot.

If you have ID 100 you are literally the loving lowest ID.
