You already said that.

If you don't get the point across he will think it's okay to shoot up a school.

You don't need anti-personnel bullets to shoot a piece of paper.

Your dad seems irresponsible.

He is suppose to teach you what hollow points do. Seems like you aren't ready for a gun.

ah jeez

You don't sound too surprised that hollowpoints aren't allowed for shooting ranges.

Who are you trying to kill?

You know what's cheaper than hollow points? Ball rounds.

Jesus OP this stuff forgetin kills people.

Ball rounds don't kill people as well as hollow points. He clearly wants to kill someone.

Everything this kid is requesting is what you don't bring to a shooting range.

Do you know how hard it is just to hit the paper target with a hand gun at a 50feet range? I can get pretty close to the center, which is incredibly hard.

A 9 year old with a snubnose isn't going to hit anything up to 20feet.

They also trust you with hollow points? If you forget up and hit the ceiling by accident the entire ceiling would start raining metal shards. You don't bring hollow points to shooting ranges.

You'll never hit anything on a shooting range with a snubnose.

I guess it can come down to personal preference, but it just seems counter-intuitive to me to go target shooting with the shortest barrel possible.

You don't need a snubnose for shooting ranges and you don't need hollowpoints for shooting ranges.

I'm backing out of this topic, I don't want to get arrested because I taught some kid how to shoot up  his school, lol.

Why does an underaged kid want a snubnosed gun with hollow points?

You don't use hollow points for shooting ranges. High chance of ricochet.

Get a .44 magnum if you want self defense.
