The lottery commission won't sell as much tickets if the winners were anonymous because potential customers would start thinking the lottery is rigged.

The law to remain anonymous in every state was passed for everything except megamillions and powerball.
6 states still allow you to be anonymous though.

It should be illegal for the lottery commission to force people's name and picture to be shown. They don't even censor your last name. They display your last name in FULL.

You do know when you get the 1.3billion you lost a huge chunk of it due to taxes.
You won't even be considered a billionaire after the taxes.
Also if you choose the whole sum on day one instead of money annually you'll get a small amount of that money in one payment like what 500 million, not even close to 1.3 billion.
