Also, the studio is a piece of stuff. Not only is it hard to find what you're looking for, moving bricks around sometimes gets stuck at 1/5th stud and you can't get the bricks to align properly without having made a right angle previously and setting disabling the stud snap.
And since when do wands duplicate the brick on your head? They used to duplicate the brick on the brick you're duplicating.

It's just a leak of air pressing against your lung which got there by infiltration (spontaneous) or by a trauma.
Im fairly sure theres atleast something that happened to cause it, but Ill take your word for it

I was told, while I was in the hospital, they can occur for two reasons:
Trauma related, most common with injuries involving the ribs
Spontaneous, most common with tall and skinny folks, around the age of 18.
