1/4 very hot coffee and 2 spoons of sugar and then the rest ambient-temp milk applied with pressure to obtain warm coffee in the bottom and refreshing cream foam on top.

Ambient temp for me is about 15C.

Erm, tony, my dear, the fetus is 100% alive and a totally different entity connected to the mother via the placenta and umbilical chord.

Not only is it alive but it is also totally conscious. If you somehow manage to find a pregnant woman who allows you to poke their belly, you'd probably feel a reaction from the fetus.
