NV was made by the guys who made Fallout 2.
I hope in like Fallout 4 or something the Enclave comes back somehow. Like you play as an Enclave soldier and can either decide to go along with them or do stuff against them. Wouldn't make sense but it would be epic.

I killed Caesar, punched his head off with a ballistic fist. :D
I stormed in with Boone and unloaded minigun on their asses.
I also got the Enclave guys back together and got the Remnants Power Armor. :D

NK should be invaded, like now. China would never side with NK, because that would mean their economy suiciding and they too would be massacred.North Korea has a great army. Kim Jong Il spends tons of money on his military instead of his citizens.
Along with that, North Korea's pitiful military wouldn't stand a chance in the state they are. And their nuclear weapons are all but useless; they would be shot down during the accent phase
