What is Fallout?
Fallout is a series of post-apocalyptic computer role-playing games originally produced and published by Interplay. Although set in and after the 22nd century, its story and artwork are heavily influenced by the post-World War II nuclear paranoia of the 1950s.

Mechanics of the First Two Games
Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game uses a character creation system called SPECIAL. SPECIAL is an acronym of Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck. These are the seven basic attributes of every character in the game. They are used to determine the skills and perks of the given character.
There are 18 different skills in the game. They are ranked from 0% to 200%. The starting values for those skills at level one are determined by the player's seven basic attributes or SPECIAL, but most of those skills would fall between 0% and 50%. Every time the player gains a Level, they will be awarded skill points to be used to improve their skills, equal to five points plus twice their Intelligence. The player may choose to "Tag" three of the 18 skills. A tagged skill will improve at twice the normal rate.
- Six combat skills: Small Guns, Big Guns, Energy Weapons, Unarmed, Melee Weapons, Throwing.
- Eight Active skills: First Aid, Doctor, Sneak, Lockpick, Steal, Traps, Science, Repair.
- Four passive skills: Speech, Barter, Gambling, Outdoorsman.
At character creation, the player may choose two different traits and perks for their character. Traits are special character backgrounds. Most traits have profound effects on gameplay. A trait normally contains one beneficial effect and one detrimental effect. They are listed under perks in the character sheet. Once a Trait is chosen, it is impossible to change.
Fallout 2 shares many of its attriubuites with Fallout 1, with very little tweaks inbetween, like perks being upgradeable to 300% instead of 200%.

1. say your summoning the sun god - this'll make sure that everyone around u knows urinsane summoning the sun god ra for all 2 see
2. make autistic screeching nosies - very important the sun god ra loves autistic little children so i recommend u do this summoning under the age of 3 months
3. repeat ur summoning the sun god - do this again idk ra's a loving weirdo (((dont tell him i said that he might smite me)))
4. screech a while then yell "OPEN THE SUN PORTAL REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEE" - this will summon ra after u completely the previous steps

What is the Legion?
Caesar's Legion is an autocratic, traditionalist, and reactionary slaver society, and a totalitarian dictatorship, founded in 2247 by Caesar and Joshua Graham, based on the ancient Roman Empire. Its legionaries are a well organized, culturally insular fighting force that mainly operate east of the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon, in the former state of Arizona. Ever pushing west, their capital is the city of Flagstaff.
How do I join?

In order to "join" Caesars Legion, you must show an undying trust in the legion, a ruthless way of battle, and a special hate of profligate troops.

A legendary city of gold. That's what I was after, a legendary city filled with gold. Not literal gold, obviously. Rather, a legendary city of water, a legendary city filled with water to the brim like an alcoholics thirty-first swig. And I have been searching, from town to town to base to base of this legendary city; Mentiri. Yet no matter what I tell them, what the prizes could be for finding Mentiri, the legendary city of metaphorical gold, they never listen. All of them, every man, woman, even child, they give my tales of a no ear, some dare not bat an eye at me as if I am crazy. Little do they know that I know that my great ancestors from the tribe of Schwachsinnig, that they know the city of water, Mentiri exists. Because they've seen it, and they've seen it. The legends of them braving the barren, dust covered wastes only to discover a land brimming with pure, untouched water. Beautiful, a tale which brought a tear to my eye, and the eyes of the children, their bright, booming smiles as they hear the tales of my ancestors, the pastor face reds as he furthers into the legendary story of my ancestors, perhaps embarrassed he cannot be the hero's of the tale, unlike me, I will be the hero of my tale, of my tribe. They will look up to me, the children, their children once the current children become adults, the current adults, and the children of the current children will look up upon me such as the current children and the current adults did. I will become a legend, perhaps the Man who found The Water. Or perhaps that is not catchy enough, the Mentiri Man! Yes of course, the Mentiri Man. Genius, fantastic.

So a user who has recently started posting again after the steve incident named Ninja Decoy has already begun to unnecessarily attack users.
overall, i believe Ninja Decoy needs to fix his overly rude and snarky attitude before it bites him in the ass. /discuss
