« on: January 25, 2016, 12:21:37 AM »You in the military or something?No, but I was thinking of joining the Air Guard under the National Guard, I was considering the Reserve because of their financial aid benefits for college and benefits but considering my GPA is so much higher I might as well step up. I also think I might have a lesser risk of being deployed. But stuff, I mean, once you sign up for the NG they have a contract for 8 years, 2 years inactive, but I hear you can really easily balance a job and school with it.

The black and hispanic populations are not integrated within the larger white communities. For a city a population of 5.6% black is not large at all and neither is 9% Hispanic. As tech companies like Amazon et al continue to grow and expand within the city core more neighborhoods will experience the effects of gentrification and could see even fewer non-white residents as well.
Students are transient and do not influence much outside of the University District. Going to school with Indian and Chinese people does not automatically exclude you from being able to have racial bias either.
I'm not judging you and calling you tribal, but I think it's a misstep to say you're not because of the reasons you gave.

For example, I will never say "Coke", to refer to a carbonated beverage unless it is a Coca Cola. However, in the southern United States this might be more frequent.

So, you know, you could always just play physically interactive video games, like Nintendo Wii, or Xbox Kinect, or Playstation Move, or potentially one of those Virtuix Omni with Oculus Rift.
