For me I only throw up from blunts/joints. Generally they have to be personals too. For example I was with trinick smoking a personal joint walking to the grocery store and near the end of the joint I just leaned over and threw up before finishing the joint

What are the craziest places/situations you've used your pen in?

My top three are probably:
- On the ski lift next to a bunch of middle school kids on a school ski trip. They didn't even notice.
- In my college's campus center bathroom.
- In the stands during a pro football game.

. Oh man

- Me and trinick smoked in San Diegos science center bathroom
- I use it inside stores all the time for example target and the mall
- An uber once lol
