Filipe's vehicles are pretty good.
There's quite a lot of them and not everyone necessarily wants them.

Instead of being stuff to create with, random weapons and vehicles are just "stuff".

If someone put this all into a setup .exe or an extractor thing, maybe there would be a checkmark for that?

It should be noted that since the pack will contain the audio .dll, why not contain more stuff outside the add-ons folder? Post builds!

What I was thinking was to make a single big download for all of them, but if you want to add links, PM me the BBC and I'll update the OP.

If we're thinking about long range here, replacing some of 100 dead download links once every few months is harder than updating one link.

General Discussion / Pack of 'essential' Blockland add-ons version 1

I haven't played the game in a while, so I've missed out on a lot of add-ons and with the fall of RTB I'm too lazy to weed them all out from the add-ons section.

Can we put together a pack of "essential" add-ons or add-ons that everyone uses? I can revamp the OP to "Essential add-ons" or something with a download to a big pack.
Not only would this make life for me easier, but if we make a Steam community guide that links to the download, it can help new players get into the game as well as old players who have a new PC and didn't bother transferring hard drives etc.
When new players join the game the downloads in servers can be stupidly long, I wonder how many have bought the game and just refunded it because it takes ridiculously long to load, so while this doesn't stop that completely, it at least alleviates it a little.

NOTE
The list is outdated, I haven't updated this so there might be like 10% missing from the pack
because I couldn't find a download, and there might be 10% more stuff included because
I thought it was fitting to the theme.

I tested it for 5 mins and no bugs or conflicts seemed to rise. I found one bug where the audio files
got totally mixed up with each other, but I have a feeling that has to do more with me switching the audio driver
from OpenAL to none to OpenAL again in the options menu.

Feedback is very very much appreciated.

Something I probably should've included right off the bat
was the Brick selector tab shifter, but I'll update it once there's more changes
that need to be made.

just has to put out some serious updates that incorporate some mods and show off what blockland can do. and create some sort of way to direct provide addons to users through steam workshop or such rather than through the addons board and blockland glass since most new players dont bother to check out forums in general

Actually there is no game development behind that crap. Do you know how much money they would waste if they made the game look super ultra HD just to downgrade it?

What they really do is make a "gameplay" trailer with fake set pieces they scripted together with the most detail as possible to give the illusion the game looks really good before people buy it.

It's cheaper to make a super ultra HD trailer than it is to make a super ultra HD game. They don't downgrade the game for console, the game was always downgraded from the start.

Do you know what an uncompressed texture looks like? You have literally no idea what you're talking about and I don't need to know you personally to know that because your ignorance on the subject shines brighter than the sun.
