« on: June 01, 2018, 04:56:18 PM »isn't ddos illegal or some stuffyes, as per US Title 18: Crimes and Criminal Procedues : Part 1 : Crimes: Chapter 47: Fraud and False Statements: Sections 1029 and 1030, as well as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1984, Cyber Security Enhancement Act of 2002, and some others, i'm sure. however, it's not immediately clear that this was a ddos attack and it's unlikely any legal action will be taken against vittoriohp even if it was found to be one.

Usually this sort of "edgy humor" is an exaggeration of their actual beliefs (because normal people wouldn't be alright with advocating gassing the Jews, even jokingly). It's like people that post national socialist memes - they may not literally be national socialists, but it's quite likely that they hold strong right-wing beliefs.yea that's what i was trying to get at lol, thanks for putting it more eloquently

yeah that will just basically tax the website 4% of its revenue if it has any copyrighted materials or links attached to its website or somethingthat sounds good for content creators but terrible for people who want to share copyrighted content. but, hold on a second--links to copyrighted material? am i reading this right? if i was a journalist who linked to someone's photography portfolio for example, would i then be subject to this tax? because if so, that's terrible.
