your better off with a mic and your default speakers
pls use headphones nobody wants to hear your speakers over VOIP

i got mine a couple years ago, so idk if they still do this - i went to staples and was liking the looks of a 60 headset. an employee told me if i could find one on amazon for a lower price they'll pay at that price. so i ended up finding one on my phone for 30 bucks and bought the staples one for that amount.
best buy also does price checking, great way to go if you're looking to buy from a retailer

there's always the snowball mics by blue. they're pricier than other microphones, but it's got great sound quality, especially when paired with the free voicemeeter banana software. it's a desk microphone so you can use headsets without microphones (the best kind IMO)--i personally use my blue snowball ice with an ath-m50x by audio-technica

Off Topic / Re: do you remember your dreams
« on: May 28, 2018, 03:00:58 PM »
yeah. it's a skill that can be nurtured. you dream every night, but your brain filters out stuff it deems unnecessary and only "logs" the noteworthy parts of the dream upon waking. if you keep a dream journal going (even if it means writing "i don't remember my dream" every other day or so) will train your brain to focus on the details, and you'll notice you'll remember a lot more by week 2. even the act of writing down the fact you don't remember programs your brain into subconsciously thinking "okay, i'll try to remember more of my dream this time around so i have something to write down in my journal." it really works; back when i was keeping a dream journal i went from simple sentences to full blown pages of information over a few weeks.

Guns of Icarus Online AND Alliance are both free on steam today. you can also check the humble store to get Hacknet for free too. i know they aren't traditionally "free" games but hey i mean they're free right now, right?

the president could never pass term limits for congressmen

it'd have to be a constitutional amendment, and no person in Congress is suicidal enough to vote Yes to it
i agree with you, but it was still promised. i understand it was an iffy promise, but a promise is a promise no matter how feasible it is to follow up on

Annoying Orange is the only president among the four across twenty years that promised to move the embassy to Jerusalem and did it

the forget do you mean "he doesn't follow through on promises"
what about not cutting social security or medicaid? or the term limits on all members of congress? why hasn't common core been eliminated? and last i checked planned parenthood still has funding

also muslims can still enter the US

if Annoying Orange promised to legalize marijuana federally in 2020 i might vote for him
he hasn't even followed through on his previous campaign's promises. if he did promise this, it would only be for your vote and not for actual legalization.

i've had a buttered and fried tortilla before. it's not... terrible, but it's very dry and quite vapid

Yeah you're right, if I were a billionaire running for president I'd take campaign funds to pay off a research star for the sole purpose of having it bite me in the ass
why did he deny it in the first place?

If anyone should make the next game in the series then give it to Rockstar games, they'd make a really good one if the IP is sold
simcard microtransactions when

i bought stardew valley in anticipation for multiplayer, and now that it's (basically) here, i can safely say it exceeded my expectations. also comparing it to cookie clicker or even factorio is asinine. all three of those are completely different games. the only games you can reasonably compare stardew to are the (older) harvest moon and rune factory games

anyway cookie clicker came out after harvest moon so cookie clicker is basically a rip off of harvest moon what do you think about that HUH
