You can achieve this by going into windowed mode, jumping in the air, then dragging your window around your screen. This makes you float. By the sound of this, no foul play.

Also something I forgot, he did the freeze thing in lava and said "I'm god lol" so I'm not sure anymore

Would this be canceled by chatting or clicking on the window again? Because he was looking around and chatting.

No he wasnt walking around, just sitting there.

No, I attempted to screenshot but because I have a laptop it failed, so I can only say that he has hacks, and maybe get someone from the server who was on to agree with that statement.

So today I joined panquakes throwmod and I went AFK for a bit to watch a video, I came back to 2 people throwing me around, which is usually what would happen if someones afk. Later on though, one of the people, named succ (BL_ID 32931) was being thrown, but instead of dying when he hit the lava, he just floated there. It wasn't lag, as he was moving around and talking, but eventually he just fell in the lava. He was continuaslly doing this. After a while he started like just looking at us and we would get picked up, which was also kinda weird. Then I asked him how he was freezing and instantly picking us up. He said "magic." 1 minute after that he admitted to using hacks. At this time it was getting really suspicous. Then maybe a while after I left. I really have no clue if this was hacks, or just a weird glitch but I would guess hacks.

I wasn't spamming, but Yato was spamming at me. (I guess thats how you would put it) I asked him to stop and he started spamming that I was a Jew, which I told him I wasn't and my real religion, to which he bombarded the server with that I am a sinner,  which continued, etc.
