to clarify my intentions here i believe that people who come back to the blf should have their past identities known. you shouldn't be allowed to come back under a new name and new personality and new history without having anyone know who you actually are.
just a question, what if they do it because they don't want to remember their history since it was so horrible, and therefore are in need of wanting to change to a better person

as a person who's played with strategy games before i don't really understand this game. and by that i mean the timescale going as you play; does it progressively go from ancient times (chinese emperors with great walls and stuff) to modern times (big modern cities with starbucks)?
