I hope this is a joke but the Unity Desktop environment has had/has these problems:

• Clunky
• Cannot be moved to another side
• Buggy as stuff when it came out
• Made Ubuntu lose lots of users when it was first released (most of which, have never came back)
• Canonical released it very abruptly
