What game could you not run with a GTX 1070 at decent fps? (card that is most prevalent around that price range)lol there are plenty of games in which I get below 45FPS even with a GTX 1080 (granted I do play at 1440p)
https://www.amazon.com/HV-KB366L-Backlit-Mechanical-Keyboard-Switches/dp/B014SHAGVIoooo i have this keyboard (silver version), it's great. i'm really confused as to why they decided to discontinue the silver model and create an awful-looking black one with a stuffty font.
Is there anything else than stock coolers?well, they're not mutually exclusive
Or do you mean reference card?
for real I'd be down with AMD cards if they weren't goddamn stoves.nvidia cards are also "stoves" when using stock cooler
i dont know why amd cpu do so poorly when paired with 900 and 1000 series cards.it's due to the massive IPC difference stemming from architecture and the node it's built on. piledriver is still built on 32nm and AMD seemed to focus on multi-core efficiency. compared to intel's 14nm process for skylake. like jesus, that's one hell of a difference
if it was only about clocks, it should be fine, but ive seen people struggle with modern games using a fx8350 @4.7mhz + 970.
like i run a 6700k at 4.5. that is arguably lower then some power house amd clocks. maybe more games are using hyper-threading or something these days and it actually makes that big a difference.
I can see the difference between 30 and 60+wait till you see 165Hz. it's insane
my founders 1060.lol wtf why you could have got an aftermarket GTX 1060 for cheaper
