Off Topic / Need Help Opening my Xbox 360 controller

Ok, so a little backstory: I decided to play my Xbox last week because I haven't in ages. I found my modded controller and none of the mod buttons on the back worked and the joysticks don't light up anymore. I remember having issues with this about 6 months ago and the solution I came up with was to tape the battery pack to the controller because it wasn't on tight enough i guess and that seemed to fix the solution. Not, 6 months later, nothing works and when i tried to open it I came across this:
The control has two different type of screws (probably because it is modded): both of them are Torx screws except one with a bulb in the middle and one without. Here are some images:
this is the tool I used to get the flat screw out (the T8 screw driver didn't work for some reason on this screw but worked on the default xbox controller), this is a 1/4 inch:

If anyone has a solution as to how I can unscrew the bulbed screws it would be great.

I overheard some kids talking about the difference between Gender Fluid and Gender Binary. I know that Gender fluid means that sometimes you feel like a man and sometimes you feel like a woman. But what the honest heck does it mean to be gender binary? Sometimes you feel like the number 1 and sometimes the number 0?

Ok before I continue, I understand that I may sound a completely handicapped because I don't know as much about coding/computers as a lot of people on this forum do and I apologize. Also, I do not intend to use this to hack games/blockland, I am just curious as to if this is a thing. The drawings aren't the best either, I am more concerned about the question than the drawings
Anyway, let me put this into picture form as well as word form
So, say like you have a video game lightbulb being power from another computer:
Let's say that the binary reads 1 as something showing light and 0 as dark, so it would look kinda like this:
My question is: Would it be possible to somehow override the 1's (power) being sent from the computer to the light bulb and change it to zero. So basically turn the lightbulb off without even touching the computer.
I ask this question because if we truly live in a computer simulated universe, where 1 represents light and 0 represents dakrness, who's to say we can't just change the 1's to 0's.
