Help / Unable to load shape

For some reason, when people join my server, it's like a 20% chance that someone will have this error with either my stapler weapon (stapler.dts), or the banana gun (as seen in screenshot)
any idea on how to prevent this from happening?

Help / [Slayer] When minigame resets or ends, it won't put players into a team

Trying to host my school shooting server
The "Shooters" Team is supposted to have only 1 player in it, but for some reason, whenever the minigame ends, it doesn't put ANYONE into the team, but it does for the Security (1 player) and Students
any ideas?

Stapler
Kidalex - Coding
Me - Modelling
Basic stapler weapon, shoots about 2 - 3 times per second and does 10 direct damage per staple, shoots like a hugely inaccurate gun with a slow projectile
You can play with this on my school shooting server, it's why I made this
Idk have fun
Update: Fixed the typo causing CI_stapler.png to "not exist", redownload here or wait about a day to get the update on Glass

Mine: Subway, 6 inch Italian herb and cheese bread, ham and American cheese, toasted, and legit 1 inch thick layer of mayo, they pour it for like 10 seconds
Also from Taco Bell I always get the beefy frito burrito with no nacho cheese, add shredded cheese, and pour on enough creamy jalapeno sauce to where rolling it is impossible without making a mess, and burn it on the griller, the stuff is delicious as forget
