run program that puts livecd on flash drive or cd

plug in flash drive/cd

hit F12 (or whatever key your motherboard uses) when it's booting and choose your flash drive/cd

congrats you done it

its only really simple if you've done it before / know what you're doing

iirc op is 11-13 and probably has no idea how to even figure out how to do this stuff

Yeah that happens a lot on TF2 for some reason. When someone is legit good, they get votekicked to oblivion. When someone is a hacking bitch, spamming chat with key-binds and etc, lol it turns into white-knight city.
